At FlowerandFlame.co, each order is carefully hand-poured, packaged, and prepared for delivery. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

We understand that things happen, so if you need to make a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

While cancellations are not permitted after shipping, we do stand behind the quality of our products. If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Return Policy for assistance—we’ll be happy to make it right.
